Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility & Participation
– Open to UAE residents aged 18 and above with a valid Emirates ID.
– Step Requirement: Complete 300,000 steps in 30 days to enter the prize draw.
– Challenge Enrollment: Tap “Join Challenge” in the Fitze app to participate. You can leave anytime without losing earned coins, though rejoining restarts your progress.
Progress Tracking & Syncing
– Step Tracking: Ensure your Fitze app is connected to a supported fitness app (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, HUAWEI Health, Garmin, or Health Connect-compatible apps).
– Daily Syncing: Sync your wearable with your phone daily before midnight to accurately log steps.
– Tracking Steps Start Date: Steps are recorded from the day you join. Existing users can sync up to 7 days of past steps if the app hasn’t been opened regularly.
– Time Zone: Fitze operates on UAE time; step counts may be affected by travel.
Fair Play & Step Verification
– Fair Play: Manipulation of step data (using step-altering devices or unfair practices) will result in disqualification.
– Tracking Limitations: Fitze is not responsible for technical issues preventing step tracking.
Rewards & Prize Details
– Grand Prize: One lucky winner will drive away with a Chery Tiggo 4 Pro!
– The car will be displayed at Oasis Mall, Dubai from 1 November 2024 to 27 December 2024.
– The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
– Challenge Rewards: Challenges may offer additional rewards, with winners announced upon completion.
– Coin Earning:
– 1,000 steps = 1 coin.
– Non-Pro users: max 5 coins per day; Pro users: max 15 coins per day.
– Double Entry for Fitze PRO: Fitze PRO subscribers receive two entries into the prize draw, doubling their winning chances.
Winner Selection & Prize Collection
– Raffle Draw: Conducted by an official DET (Department of Economy and Tourism) representative between 8-10 February 2025.
– Announcement & Notification: Winners will be notified via email and announced on Instagram and Facebook (@fitzeuae).
– Prize Collection: The winner has 30 days to collect the car from a designated Chery showroom. Registration and insurance costs are the winner’s responsibility.
