Role Overview
We’re looking for a sports fanatic to join us as our Sports & Fitness Events Operations Executive. You’ll be the driving force behind our corporate tournaments, in-office wellness sessions, and team-building activations, making sure every tournament, fitness session, and activation runs seamlessly.
If you understand sports rules and formats, thrive in fast-paced event environments, and have a knack for keeping things organized while delivering an amazing participant experience, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Corporate Sports & Wellness Events Coordination
Create and maintain event checklists to make sure nothing gets missed.
Oversee on-site event execution, managing fixtures, scorekeeping, schedules, and addressing issues.
Ensure fair play and smooth flow by understanding and applying basic sports rules and formats.
Efficiently manage day-to-day operations to support overall event functioning.
Capture photo and video content during events for promotional and archival purposes.
Vendor Management
Source and evaluate vendors for venues, sports equipment, wellness instructors, catering, event logistics and more.
Negotiate competitive contracts to ensure the best quality and value.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Working knowledge of sports rules, tournament formats, and fitness activities.
Keen interest in events, ideally corporate sports or wellness.
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable interacting with clients and working in a fast-paced environment.
UAE-based and available to attend events (including occasional weekends).
