Role Overview
Kickstart your career with Fitze as a Marketing Executive! You’ll get hands-on experience in campaigns, social media, influencer programs, and events—bringing bold ideas to life while shaping an active, healthy community.
Key Responsibilities
App Marketing and Campaign Execution
Plan and execute in-app campaigns including challenges, rewards, banners, and partner promotions
Write copy and design creatives (using Canva) for app listings, banners, and emailers
Coordinate with teams and partners to run branded campaigns across app and social channels
Track timelines, monitor listings, and prepare post-campaign performance reports
Social Media and Community Engagement
Manage Fitze’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
Publish engaging, on-brand content that aligns with campaigns
Respond to comments, DMs, and tags quickly and with personality
Create short-form video content using tools like Reels, CapCut, or InShot to promote the Fitze app
Influencer Management and Ambassador Program
Lead the Fitze Ambassador Program through outreach, onboarding, and regular communication
Identify and manage influencer partnerships, from outreach to campaign delivery
Maintain a detailed, up-to-date influencer and ambassador database
Event Support and Content
Attend Fitze events to support execution and capture engaging content
Shoot and edit short-form videos for real-time and post-event use on social platforms
Requirements
Strong creative mindset and commitment to delivering top-quality work
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Working knowledge of Canva and similar design tools
Basic video editing skills and an eye for storytelling
Good understanding of UAE trends, influencer culture, and social media best practices
Outspoken, outgoing personality — must be comfortable attending events and engaging with people on-ground
