Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sr Manager – Corporate Sales to lead and expand Fitze’s corporate wellness business in the UAE. This role requires a driven, strategic leader to expand our market presence, manage key client relationships, and drive adoption of Fitze’s wellness programs to corporate clients. You will ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that enhance employee engagement and wellness.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Sales Strategy

Lead the strategic sales initiatives for Fitze’s corporate wellness solutions, expanding our market presence in the UAE.

Attract new corporate clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing key accounts.

Collaborate with senior HRs, CSR, and People Experience leaders to design bespoke wellness programs that align with their organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.

Account Management & Relationship Building

Build strong, enduring relationships with corporate clients, positioning Fitze as their trusted partner in employee wellness.

Manage the client journey from initial engagement and proposal to successful execution, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained success.

Work collaboratively with clients to design customized wellness solutions that enhance employee well-being, productivity, and engagement.

Revenue Ownership & Target Achievement

Take full ownership of revenue targets and sales forecasts, ensuring accurate predictions and the development of a healthy sales pipeline.

Monitor KPIs and drive performance, consistently delivering measurable results and focusing on growth and client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute programs effectively and identify upselling opportunities.

Provide market insights to refine Fitze’s offerings, ensuring they meet evolving client needs and trends.

What We’re Looking For

5 years of proven success in B2B/enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.

A strong network within the corporate HR space in the UAE, with expertise in employee engagement and wellness solutions.

A demonstrated ability in consultative selling, presenting tailored solutions that drive measurable results.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influence skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
