Before You Contact Support

To help us assist you faster, please keep the following ready:

  • Order number, found in your Ring order email
  • Ring serial number, found on the back of the Ring box under the barcode or in the profile section of the fitze app
  • Ring size, printed inside your Ring
  • Phone model
  • Device type, iPhone or Android
  • fitze app version, shown in the profile section of the app
  • Photos or videos of the issue, if applicable

For exchange or warranty requests, additional details may be required during review.


Setup & Pairing

How do I set up my fitze Ring?

New to the fitze app?

  1. Plug your fitze Ring charging dock into a power source. A white light ring should appear on the dock.
  2. Place your Ring on the charging dock. The Ring sensors should begin blinking green.

    Make sure:

    • Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
    • Your Ring remains on the charging dock
    • Your phone is kept close to the Ring during setup
    • Your phone is connected to the internet
  3. Download the fitze app from:
    • Apple App Store
    • Google Play Store
    • HUAWEI AppGallery
  4. Follow the onboarding steps in the app to create your fitze account.
  5. Follow the in-app pairing instructions to connect your fitze Ring. The fitze Ring is compatible with iOS 15+ and Android 6+.

Already using the fitze app?

  1. Plug your fitze Ring charging dock into a power source. A white light ring should appear on the dock.
  2. Place your Ring on the charging dock. The Ring sensors should begin blinking green.

    Make sure:

    • Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
    • Your Ring remains on the charging dock
    • Your phone is kept close to the Ring during setup
    • Your phone is connected to the internet
  3. Open fitze and go to the Profile section.
  4. Tap your current connected step source shown below your profile photo and select fitze Ring as your step source. Please note:
    • Your existing step source will need to be disconnected before switching to fitze Ring.
    • Changing step sources during an active day may affect your current Streak or Challenge progress.
    • We recommend switching step sources at the start of the day to help avoid losing your step progress for that day.
  5. Follow the in-app pairing instructions to complete setup. The fitze Ring is compatible with iOS 15+ and Android 6+.

Why is my Ring not pairing?

Try the following:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled
  • Keep the Ring close to your phone
  • Make sure the Ring has sufficient charge
  • Keep the Ring on the charging dock during setup
  • Keep your phone connected to the internet
  • Close and reopen the fitze app
  • Make sure the fitze app is updated to the latest version
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on again
  • Restart your phone if needed

Tips:

  • If your Ring is already connected to another device, disconnect it from that device first, then try pairing again.
  • If the Ring is not recognised, make sure you are pairing an official fitze Ring and contact support if the issue continues.

Sleep & Biometrics

Your sleep and biometric insights are influenced by factors such as:

  • Ring fit
  • consistent wear
  • movement
  • battery level
  • sleep quality
  • syncing frequency

For the best experience, wear your Ring regularly and sync daily with the fitze app.

Why is my sleep or biometric data missing?

Sleep sessions or biometrics may occasionally be missing if:

  • the Ring battery was low
  • syncing was incomplete
  • the Ring was too loose
  • the Ring was removed during sleep
  • sensor contact was interrupted

Open the fitze app every 24 hours and allow syncing to complete fully.

Why are some biometrics showing while others are missing?

Certain biometrics may not always be generated if there is insufficient data quality during tracking.

This can occasionally happen due to:

  • inconsistent overnight wear
  • loose Ring fit
  • interrupted sensor contact
  • low battery levels
  • incomplete syncing
  • excessive movement during sleep

For the best experience:

  • wear your Ring snugly overnight
  • keep the Ring charged
  • sync regularly with the fitze app

How long does it take for insights to appear?

Some insights may take over 24 hours of consistent wear before trends and patterns become available.

Wearing your Ring overnight regularly helps improve biometric insights over time.

Why are my readings or scores changing?

Changes in stress balance, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep, and skin temperature trends are normal and may vary depending on factors such as:

  • recovery
  • stress
  • activity
  • hydration
  • illness
  • travel
  • lifestyle changes

Long-term trends are generally more meaningful than isolated daily readings.

Why are my readings different from another device?

Different wearables may use different sensors, algorithms and calculation methods. As a result, readings may vary slightly between devices.

Factors such as Ring fit, movement, circulation and sleep position may also influence readings.

Does Ring fit affect biometrics?

Yes. A secure fit helps improve:

  • sleep tracking
  • heart rate readings
  • HRV tracking
  • blood oxygen readings
  • overall sensor performance

The Ring should feel snug but comfortable and should not rotate excessively during wear.

What if my readings are outside the ranges shown in the app?

The ranges shown in the fitze app are reference ranges designed to help users better understand their biometrics and wellness insights.

These ranges are not absolute medical ranges and may vary from person to person depending on:

  • age
  • lifestyle
  • activity levels
  • recovery
  • sleep patterns
  • overall health

It is generally more useful to focus on long-term trends and changes over time rather than isolated daily readings.

Are fitze Ring biometrics medical-grade?

No. fitze Ring is designed for general wellness and lifestyle insights only.

It is not intended for:

  • medical diagnosis
  • treatment
  • clinical monitoring
  • emergency health detection

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.


Step Source & Streak Progress

Will switching to fitze Ring affect my steps?

Switching your step source may affect your current day’s step progress, especially if you switch during an active Streak or Challenge day.

For the smoothest experience, we recommend switching to fitze Ring at the start of the day.

Can I use fitze Ring with another step source?

fitze Ring must be selected as your active step source in the fitze app for Ring-based step tracking.

If another step source is already connected, you may need to disconnect it before switching to fitze Ring.


Charging & Battery

How long does the battery last?

Battery life may vary depending on usage, settings, sync frequency and feature activity.

Typical usage may provide up to 4–6 days of battery life.

How long does charging take?

A full charge typically takes around 2 hours.

My Ring is not charging. What should I do?

Please check:

  • The charging dock is connected to a power source
  • A white light appears on the charging dock
  • The Ring is placed correctly on the dock
  • The Ring sensors show a green blinking light
  • The cable and power adapter are connected properly
  • The charging surface is clean and free from dust or debris
  • You are using the provided charging dock and compatible cable

You can also try:

  • unplugging and reconnecting the charger
  • using a different power source
  • gently cleaning the charging area with a soft, dry cloth

If the issue continues, contact support with photos or videos of the Ring on the charging dock.


Sync & Connectivity

Why are my steps or biometrics not updating?

Try the following:

  • Open the fitze app regularly and allow syncing to complete. Syncing is complete once the syncing icon on the Ring dashboard stops rotating.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled
  • Keep the fitze app updated to the latest version
  • Ensure the Ring has sufficient battery
  • Keep the Ring close to your phone while syncing. Ensure your phone is connected to the internet
  • Close background apps that may interfere with Bluetooth connectivity or data syncing

Data syncing may occasionally take time depending on connectivity, battery level and phone background permissions.

Can the Ring sync old data?

Yes. The Ring may sync previously recorded data after reconnecting, depending on storage availability and sync timing.

The Ring can typically store and sync up to 7 days of data, provided the Ring had sufficient battery to track and store the data during that period.

Why is my sleep data not showing?

Sleep data may take time to appear after waking up and syncing your Ring.

Please check:

  • Your Ring had enough battery overnight
  • Bluetooth is enabled
  • The fitze app is open and updated
  • Your phone is connected to the internet
  • Your Ring was worn for enough time during sleep
  • The Ring fit was snug enough for sensor contact

If your sleep data still does not appear after syncing, contact support.

Why are biomarker readings missing?

Some readings may not appear if:

  • the Ring battery was low
  • the Ring was not worn long enough
  • the Ring fit was loose
  • sensors did not maintain consistent skin contact
  • syncing was interrupted
  • the app was not opened for an extended period

For best results, wear your Ring snugly and sync regularly.


Sizing Support

How should the fitze Ring fit?

Your fitze Ring should feel snug but comfortable.

It is recommended to wear the Ring on your index finger for optimum accuracy. The middle or ring finger may also work if the fit is secure.

A proper fit helps improve:

  • tracking accuracy
  • comfort
  • overnight wear experience
  • sensor performance

The Ring should not:

  • rotate excessively
  • slide off easily
  • feel painful or restrictive

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Eligible orders may qualify for 1 complimentary size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and eligibility conditions.

Water Resistance & Care

Is fitze Ring waterproof?

fitze Ring is water resistant under specific usage conditions.

However, we recommend avoiding:

  • sauna or steam rooms
  • diving
  • high-pressure water exposure
  • prolonged hot water exposure
  • chemical exposure
  • harsh cleaning products

Water resistance may reduce over time with wear and usage conditions.

How should I clean my Ring?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean your Ring.

Avoid:

  • harsh chemicals
  • abrasive cleaners
  • sharp objects
  • ultrasonic cleaning equipment
  • soaking the Ring in cleaning liquids

Dry the Ring properly before placing it back on the charger.

How long does delivery take?

Typical UAE delivery timelines:

  • Sizing kit: 2–5 business days
  • Ring delivery after size confirmation: 2–5 business days

Timelines may vary during high-demand periods.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details may be shared through:

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes may be possible before shipment.

Please contact the fitze team as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery details.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
