Warranty Coverage
Does fitze Ring include a warranty?
Yes. Every fitze Ring includes a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date.
What does the warranty cover?
Examples of eligible warranty cases may include:
- manufacturing defects
- hardware malfunctions
- charging issues caused by verified hardware faults
- sensor failures caused by manufacturing defects
- device failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the fitze team.
What is not covered under warranty?
The limited warranty does not cover:
- scratches or cosmetic wear
- dents or surface damage
- accidental damage
- misuse or improper handling
- improper charging practices
- liquid damage caused by improper usage conditions
- unauthorized repairs, modifications or disassembly
- intentional damage
- lost or stolen Rings
- damage caused by third-party chargers or accessories
- excessive force, pressure or impact damage
- normal battery aging or battery capacity reduction over time
Products showing signs of tampering, alteration or unauthorized modification may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Are cosmetic differences covered under warranty?
Minor cosmetic variations, material aging, finish wear or appearance changes resulting from normal usage are not considered manufacturing defects.
What may void the warranty?
Warranty coverage may be voided if the product:
- has been modified or disassembled
- has been repaired by unauthorized parties
- has been intentionally damaged
- has been used outside normal intended usage conditions
- has been altered from its original hardware or software state
Water Resistance & Usage Conditions
Is water damage covered under warranty?
fitze Ring is water resistant under specific usage conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- sauna or steam room exposure
- diving activities
- high-pressure water exposure
- prolonged hot water exposure
- chemical exposure
- excessive heat exposure
- improper handling around saltwater or chlorinated water
- improper storage conditions
For best performance, avoid exposing your Ring to harsh environments or extreme temperatures.
Battery & Charging
Is battery performance covered under warranty?
Battery performance naturally changes over time depending on usage patterns, charging habits and environmental conditions.
Normal battery aging and gradual battery capacity reduction are not considered manufacturing defects.
What charging accessories should I use?
For best performance and safety:
- use the provided charging dock
- use compatible power adapters and cables
- keep charging surfaces clean and dry
- avoid using damaged charging accessories
Damage caused by incompatible accessories or improper charging practices may not be covered under warranty.
Software & Connectivity
Does the warranty cover software or app compatibility issues?
The fitze Ring experience may depend on compatible mobile devices, operating systems, Bluetooth functionality, app permissions and internet connectivity.
fitze does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with:
- third-party devices
- unsupported operating systems
- modified devices
- beta operating systems
- rooted or jailbroken devices
Software, connectivity or compatibility-related issues may not always indicate a hardware defect.
Does fitze guarantee uninterrupted app or service availability?
fitze may update, modify, suspend or discontinue certain app features, integrations or services from time to time.
Temporary interruptions or service changes do not automatically indicate a hardware defect.
Does fitze guarantee stored Ring data?
No. While fitze aims to provide reliable syncing and storage experiences, fitze does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of:
- activity data
- sleep data
- biomarker history
- synced records
- app data
Users are responsible for regularly syncing their Ring with the fitze app.
Warranty Claims Process
How do I start a warranty claim?
Contact the fitze support team with:
- your name
- registered email ID or phone number on fitze
- Ring order number
- Ring serial number, located on the back of the Ring box under the barcode
- phone model
- a short description of the issue
- photos or videos if applicable

What happens after I submit a warranty claim?
fitze may:
- inspect the product
- request additional information
- request troubleshooting steps
- arrange return review
- verify usage history and device condition
- provide repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution where applicable
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
How long does the warranty review process take?
Warranty review timelines may vary depending on:
- inspection requirements
- parts availability
- stock availability
- logistics timelines
- operational demand
In some cases, warranty review, repair or replacement processes may take up to 90 days after verification.
Can warranty timelines be delayed?
Yes. Warranty review, repair or replacement timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside fitze’s control including:
- courier disruptions
- customs delays
- public holidays
- operational outages
- weather events
- force majeure events
Repairs & Replacements
What happens if my Ring is approved under warranty?
If a manufacturing defect is verified, fitze may:
- repair the product
- replace the product
- provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law
Replacement devices may include new or refurbished units tested to meet quality standards.
Will the warranty restart if my Ring is replaced?
No. Warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date and does not restart after replacement unless required by applicable law.
Will I receive the same Ring model back?
fitze aims to provide the same Ring model and finish wherever reasonably possible.
However, replacement availability may vary depending on:
- inventory availability
- discontinued finishes or sizes
- operational constraints
Where required, fitze may provide an equivalent replacement device.
What happens if my exact replacement is unavailable?
If the original Ring model, finish or size is unavailable, discontinued or out of stock, fitze may provide a comparable replacement product where appropriate.
Warranty Limitations
Is the warranty transferable?
No. The fitze Ring limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise required under applicable law.
Proof of purchase from fitze or an authorized seller may be required for warranty support.
Is warranty support available internationally?
Warranty support is only available in the UAE, where fitze Ring operations and logistics support are active.
Can fitze reject warranty claims?
Yes. fitze reserves the right to reject warranty claims involving:
- misuse or accidental damage
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
- policy abuse or fraudulent activity
- unsupported or altered products
- damage outside normal intended use
- missing proof of purchase where required
Who is responsible for warranty return shipments?
Unless arranged directly by fitze, customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping warranty-return products.
fitze is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit where the shipment was independently arranged by the customer.
Are there shipping restrictions for the Ring?
Because fitze Ring contains a rechargeable lithium battery, shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary depending on courier regulations and destination requirements.
Marketplace & Retail Purchases
What if I purchased my Ring from a retailer or marketplace?
fitze Ring purchases made through authorized retail stores, distributors or third-party marketplaces may be subject to additional seller policies.
fitze may request proof of purchase from an authorized seller before providing warranty support.
Are Rings purchased from unauthorized sellers covered?
fitze cannot guarantee authenticity, warranty eligibility or support coverage for products purchased through unauthorized resellers or unofficial marketplaces.
