By joining a Streak, users agree to abide by these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Streaks are available only to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a valid UAE mobile number.<\/li><li>Users must have available Streaks in an active Fitze PRO subscription or a valid Streaks Package to join a Streak.<\/li><li>Users must be physically capable of participating in walking challenges.<\/li><li>By participating, users confirm they are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if under 18.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joining and Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Each Streak has a defined duration, step goal logic, and reward pool.<\/li><li>Users can join a Streak from the app during the enrollment period.<\/li><li>Some Streaks may have participant caps (first-come, first-served).<\/li><li>Once joined, a Streak credit will be deducted from the user&#8217;s PRO plan or Streaks Package.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step Tracking &amp; Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Users must sync their steps daily using a supported fitness tracker.<\/li><li>The Streak day runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, UAE time zone.<\/li><li>Fitze is not responsible for inaccurate or missed tracking due to third-party sync issues, device malfunctions, or user error.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step Targets &amp; Day Types<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Each week includes a pre-set number of Active Days, Beast Days, and Rest Days.<\/li><li>Step targets are personalized based on the user\u2019s 30-day history and vary by individual.<\/li><li>Rest Days are applied only when a user fails to meet their goal. Once Rest Days are exhausted, missing a step target results in elimination.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elimination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A user will be eliminated from the Streak if:<ul><li>They miss an Active or Beast Day without a Rest Day to cover it.<\/li><li>Their steps are not synced for 7 consecutive days.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Eliminated users cannot rejoin the same Streak and will forfeit any rewards.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warm-Up Week<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Some Streaks may include a Warm-Up Week with no eliminations.<\/li><li>Users may join any day during the Warm-Up Week.<\/li><li>The actual challenge with eliminations and prize tracking begins on the scheduled start date.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The reward pool is 100% funded by Fitze or its brand\/corporate partners.<\/li><li>All users who complete the full Streak will share the reward pool equally.<\/li><li>Users must sync with a valid payout partner to receive their rewards.<\/li><li>Users who do not sync a payout method before the payout date may forfeit their prize.<\/li><li>Payouts are typically processed within 5 working days of Streak completion.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payout Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Payouts will be made only via available payout partners displayed in the app.<\/li><li>Users are responsible for creating valid accounts with these partners.<\/li><li>Fitze is not responsible for delays or issues on the payout partner&#8217;s side.<\/li><li>Payout partners are independent entities; Fitze does not guarantee the performance or timelines of external providers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payouts and Wallet Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Official Payout Partner:<\/strong><ul><li>All monetary rewards for successful Streak completions will be processed exclusively through <strong>Careem Pay<\/strong>, Fitze\u2019s official payout partner for Streaks.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><ul><li>Users must have an active <strong>Careem Pay wallet<\/strong> and must add the same number for payouts on Fitze.<\/li><li>Users who have not added their Careem number on Fitze before the respective Streak payout date will automatically forfeit their payout.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Reward Processing:<\/strong><ul><li>Once a Streak is successfully completed and verified, the corresponding reward amount will be credited to the user\u2019s Careem Pay wallet within <strong>7\u201310 working days<\/strong> from the payout date.<\/li><li>Fitze will initiate the payout to the finisher\u2019s Careem wallet based on the phone number added by the user and confirmed through the Fitze app.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Responsibility &amp; Liability:<\/strong><ul><li>Fitze\u2019s responsibility is limited to <strong>initiating<\/strong> the reward transfer to Careem.<\/li><li>Any delays, wallet restrictions, KYC issues, or technical failures on the Careem platform are governed by <strong>Careem\u2019s terms<\/strong> and are outside Fitze\u2019s control.<\/li><li>Users are advised to ensure that their Careem Pay wallet is <strong>fully functional, verified, and eligible<\/strong> to receive payments.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Disputes &amp; Failed Transactions:<\/strong><ul><li>In the event of a failed or delayed transaction, users should first verify their wallet status in the Careem app.<\/li><li>If the payout remains uncredited after 10 working days, the user may contact <strong><a href=\"mailto:team@fitze.ae\">team@fitze.ae<\/a><\/strong>, and Fitze will coordinate with Careem to resolve the issue where possible.<\/li><li>Any payment related dispute concerning Careem, must be raised within 6 days from the date the dispute arises.<\/li><li>Fitze will not be liable for any lost, blocked, or expired wallet accounts.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fair Use &amp; Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fitze reserves the right to eliminate users for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Use of bots or step spoofing apps<\/li><li>Manipulation of devices to artificially inflate step counts<\/li><li>Sharing accounts or data<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Violations may result in forfeiture of streak credits, rewards, and\/or account suspension.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"refund-cancellations\"><strong>Refunds &amp; Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fitze PRO subscriptions and Streaks Packages are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased.<\/li><li>Once a Streak is joined, the credit is consumed and cannot be refunded.<\/li><li>No refunds or extensions will be granted for elimination, missed syncs, or failure to complete the challenge.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disputes &amp; Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>All disputes must be raised via the in-app support chat or emailed to team@fitze.ae within 5 days of the challenge end date.<\/li><li>Fitze\u2019s decision will be final in all matters related to eligibility, elimination, and rewards.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medical Disclaimer &amp; Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate. By joining, users confirm they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.<\/li><li>In the unfortunate event of injury, illness, or death, Fitze will not be held responsible.<\/li><li>Fitze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any Streak.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amendments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitze reserves the right to modify these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time.
