Overview
Fitze Streaks are daily step-based challenges where eligible users commit to walking every day over a defined period to earn a share of a pre-funded reward pool. By joining a Streak, users agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- Streaks are available only to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a valid UAE mobile number.
- Users must have available Streaks in an active Fitze PRO subscription or a valid Streaks Package to join a Streak.
- Users must be physically capable of participating in walking challenges.
- By participating, users confirm they are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if under 18.
Joining and Participation
- Each Streak has a defined duration, step goal logic, and reward pool.
- Users can join a Streak from the app during the enrollment period.
- Some Streaks may have participant caps (first-come, first-served).
- Once joined, a Streak credit will be deducted from the user’s PRO plan or Streaks Package.
Step Tracking & Verification
- Users must sync their steps daily using a supported fitness tracker.
- The Streak day runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, UAE time zone.
- Fitze is not responsible for inaccurate or missed tracking due to third-party sync issues, device malfunctions, or user error.
Step Targets & Day Types
- Each week includes a pre-set number of Active Days, Beast Days, and Rest Days.
- Step targets are personalized based on the user’s 30-day history and vary by individual.
- Rest Days are applied only when a user fails to meet their goal. Once Rest Days are exhausted, missing a step target results in elimination.
Elimination
- A user will be eliminated from the Streak if:
- They miss an Active or Beast Day without a Rest Day to cover it.
- Their steps are not synced for 7 consecutive days.
- Eliminated users cannot rejoin the same Streak and will forfeit any rewards.
Warm-Up Week
- Some Streaks may include a Warm-Up Week with no eliminations.
- Users may join any day during the Warm-Up Week.
- The actual challenge with eliminations and prize tracking begins on the scheduled start date.
Rewards
- The reward pool is 100% funded by Fitze or its brand/corporate partners.
- All users who complete the full Streak will share the reward pool equally.
- Users must sync with a valid payout partner to receive their rewards.
- Users who do not sync a payout method before the payout date may forfeit their prize.
- Payouts are typically processed within 5 working days of Streak completion.
Payout Partners
- Payouts will be made only via available payout partners displayed in the app.
- Users are responsible for creating valid accounts with these partners.
- Fitze is not responsible for delays or issues on the payout partner’s side.
- Payout partners are independent entities; Fitze does not guarantee the performance or timelines of external providers.
Payouts and Wallet Integration
- Official Payout Partner:
- All monetary rewards for successful Streak completions will be processed exclusively through Careem Pay, Fitze’s official payout partner for Streaks.
- Eligibility:
- Users must have an active Careem Pay wallet and must add the same number for payouts on Fitze.
- Users who have not added their Careem number on Fitze before the respective Streak payout date will automatically forfeit their payout.
- Reward Processing:
- Once a Streak is successfully completed and verified, the corresponding reward amount will be credited to the user’s Careem Pay wallet within 7–10 working days from the payout date.
- Fitze will initiate the payout to the finisher’s Careem wallet based on the phone number added by the user and confirmed through the Fitze app.
- Responsibility & Liability:
- Fitze’s responsibility is limited to initiating the reward transfer to Careem.
- Any delays, wallet restrictions, KYC issues, or technical failures on the Careem platform are governed by Careem’s terms and are outside Fitze’s control.
- Users are advised to ensure that their Careem Pay wallet is fully functional, verified, and eligible to receive payments.
- Disputes & Failed Transactions:
- In the event of a failed or delayed transaction, users should first verify their wallet status in the Careem app.
- If the payout remains uncredited after 10 working days, the user may contact team@fitze.ae, and Fitze will coordinate with Careem to resolve the issue where possible.
- Any payment related dispute concerning Careem, must be raised within 6 days from the date the dispute arises.
- Fitze will not be liable for any lost, blocked, or expired wallet accounts.
Fair Use & Conduct
- Fitze reserves the right to eliminate users for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:
- Use of bots or step spoofing apps
- Manipulation of devices to artificially inflate step counts
- Sharing accounts or data
- Violations may result in forfeiture of streak credits, rewards, and/or account suspension.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Fitze PRO subscriptions and Streaks Packages are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased.
- Once a Streak is joined, the credit is consumed and cannot be refunded.
- No refunds or extensions will be granted for elimination, missed syncs, or failure to complete the challenge.
Disputes & Support
- All disputes must be raised via the in-app support chat or emailed to team@fitze.ae within 5 days of the challenge end date.
- Fitze’s decision will be final in all matters related to eligibility, elimination, and rewards.
Medical Disclaimer & Liability
- Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate. By joining, users confirm they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.
- In the unfortunate event of injury, illness, or death, Fitze will not be held responsible.
- Fitze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any Streak.
Amendments
Fitze reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notification or email.
Acceptance
By joining a Streak, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
