Welcome to Fitze Streaks, your commitment-based step challenge where consistency is rewarded with real rewards. Please read the following rules carefully before participating.

User Eligibility:

  • Streaks are available only to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) who are at least 18 years of age with a valid UAE mobile number. Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate. By joining, users confirm they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.

Completing the Streak

  • Complete the required Active Days and Beast Days within each week.
  • You may have 1 or 2 Rest Days per challenge.

Elimination Rules

You will be eliminated from the Streak if:

  • You miss an Active or Beast Day and don’t have a Rest Day to cover it. 
  • You fail to sync steps for 7 consecutive days. 
  • You uninstall the app or revoke permissions for step tracking. 
  • You voluntarily leave the Streak.

Rest Days

  • Rest Days are your safety net. Use them wisely.
  • They activate automatically on missed step days (if available).

Warm-Up Week (If Applicable)

  • Some Streaks include a Warm-Up Week before the main challenge.
  • No elimination during Warm-Up Week.

Rewards

  • Only users who conquer the Streak receive a payout.
  • Rewards are equally distributed among all finishers.
  • Payouts are processed via Fitze’s listed payout partners.
  • You must update your payout details before the payout deadline. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your reward.

Fair Play Policy

  • Fitze monitors participation for fairness and reserves the right to investigate and take action.
  • Violations may result in loss of rewards, credits, and/or suspension from future Streaks.

General

  • All Streaks are funded by Fitze or its brand/corporate partners. No user funds are used.
  • Fitze reserves the right to make adjustments, postpone, or cancel Streaks due to technical or operational reasons.
