What are Streaks?
Streaks are effort-based step challenges on the Fitze app. Walk daily for a set number of weeks. Complete your Streak, and earn a guaranteed share of a pre-defined cash reward pool.
Who can join a Streak?
Streaks are available to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) who are at least 18 years of age with a valid UAE mobile number. Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate. By joining, users confirm they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.
How do I join a Streak?
Upgrade to a Fitze PRO subscription or purchase a Streaks Package to access Streaks. Once you have access, browse available Streaks in the app and tap to join.
Can I join more than one Streak at a time?
Yes! You can join multiple Streaks simultaneously based on your plan’s limit and available Streak credits. Just make sure you stay consistent on all active Streaks.
Is this luck-based?
No. Streaks are 100% effort-based. There are no draws or spins. If you complete the Streak, you get paid.
Can I see my full Streak schedule?
Yes. Even before you join a Streak, your weekly schedule (number of Active, Beast, and Rest Days) will be visible on the app screen.
What time does a day start and end in Streaks?
Each Streak day runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM in your local time zone. Steps must be synced before midnight to count.
Will I get reminders or notifications?
Yes. Fitze sends periodic push notifications and email reminders about your step status, rest days, and payout syncs.
What happens if I leave a Streak midway?

What’s the difference between Fitze PRO and Streaks Packages?
– PRO Subscription: Access Streaks, unlimited challenges, and enjoy other benefits like exclusive rewards, early access, and more.
– Streaks Package: Join a fixed number of Streaks. Great if you don’t want a recurring subscription.
Can I buy more Streaks if I have a PRO plan but ran out of Streaks?
Yes! If your PRO subscription is active but you’ve used up all your Streaks, you can top up by purchasing a Streaks Package.
What happens if I leave a Streak midway?
You will lose:
– One Streak credit (from PRO or Package)
– Your chance to win any rewards
Do Streak credits expire?
Yes. Each credit is valid for the duration mentioned at purchase.
How is my daily step target determined?
Your daily step target is personalized based on your 30-day step history. It’s designed to be challenging but achievable, helping you push your limits without being unrealistic.
Is it a competition?
Everyone starts and ends the Streak together, but it’s not you vs. others. It’s you vs. you. Each participant receives a personalized step target based on their own fitness level and walking habits.
What is My Weekly Schedule?
Each week of your Streak comes with a pre-set number of Active Days, Beast Days, and Rest Days. Your goal is to complete all required Active and Beast Days within the week.

How Do Rest Days Work?
Are These Days Fixed?
No. You can complete your required days in any order. Fitze automatically detects your step count and classifies your day as Active, Beast, or Rest.
What is a Warm-Up Week?
Some Streaks include a Warm-Up Week to help you ease into the Streak.
– No elimination occurs during this week.
– You can join anytime during Warm-Up.
– The official Streak (with elimination and rewards) starts on a fixed date for everyone.
Are all Streaks the same?
No. Streaks vary in Duration (e.g., 4 weeks, 6 weeks), Difficulty, and reward pool size. Choose one that fits your lifestyle.
Is there a limit to how many people can join a Streak?
Some Streaks may have participant limits and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I pause or skip a Streak?
No. Streaks run continuously once started. You can use Rest Days if needed, but cannot pause the Streak.
What happens if my step goal feels too high or too low?
Your step goal is automatically personalized based on your past activity level and each Streak has its own intensity from easy to advanced, so always review your step goal before confirming your participation. Before joining, check your weekly schedule and make sure the targets fit your routine.
How does elimination work?
You’ll be eliminated if:
Can I get eliminated if I walk but don’t open the app?
Yes. If your steps don’t sync for 7 days in a row, you’ll be eliminated even if you walk. Always open the app to sync.
How do Rest Days work?
Rest Days are automatically applied when you miss a day’s target, as long as you still have one available. Once all Rest Days are used, missing a target results in elimination.
What if I uninstall the app?
Uninstalling doesn’t pause your Streak. If you don’t sync for 7 days, you’re out.
Are there any bots or fake users?
No. All users are real and verified. Step data is pulled from connected fitness / health app platforms.
Which devices or apps can I use to sync my steps?
Supported wearables are mentioned on the app. Ensure your permissions are enabled.
Can I appeal an elimination?
You can contact support, but elimination rules are automatic and final unless a verified technical error occurred.
Are rewards guaranteed?
Yes. If you conquer the Streak, you are guaranteed a share.
How are rewards distributed?
All finishers split the reward pool equally. The more people drop off, the bigger your share.
Who funds the reward pool?
All reward pools are funded by Fitze or its brand/corporate partners. Users don’t pay anything.
What happens if I’m not connected to a payout partner on reward day?
You’ll receive multiple reminders during the Streak to link your payout method. If you fail to do so in time, your reward will be forfeited.
Can I change my payout partner?
Yes, if multiple payout partner options are available on the Fitze app. Changes must be made before the Streak’s last day.
When and where will I see my reward?
You’ll find your share, total finishers, and payout status in the app on the Streaks page on completion.
How will I receive my reward?
Your reward will be credited directly to your Careem Pay wallet on the payout date once you successfully complete your Streak. Fitze will only process payouts through Careem Pay, our official payout partner.
What if I don’t have a Careem Pay wallet?
You’ll need to download the Careem app and set up a Careem Pay wallet. Once created, add your Careem number in the Fitze app to ensure your payout is processed correctly.
How long does it take to get my payout?
Usually within 7–10 working days after the Streak payout date, provided you have successfully completed the Streak.
My payout didn’t arrive — what should I do?
Check your Careem Pay wallet status and ensure your KYC and verification are complete. If it’s still not credited after 10 days, contact team@fitze.ae and we’ll coordinate with Careem to resolve it.
Can I request my payout in any other wallet or bank account?
No. All Streak payouts are processed only through Careem Pay.
What are Corporate Streaks?

Which step sources are supported?
Fitze Streaks supports data from Apple Health and Fitze’s internal tracker – Fitze Steps Tracker.
Note: Android users must select the “Fitze Steps Tracker” as their step source for Streaks.
What if my steps aren’t syncing?
Check your phone’s permissions, step source connection, internet, and app version. Once everything looks fine, open the Fitze app home screen to see if your steps have updated.
Can I change my step source mid-Streak?
No. For fairness, your source is locked for each Streak once you start.
How do I contact support?
Via the ‘Chat with Us’ section in the Fitze app or by emailing team@fitze.ae. Please include your registered phone number and email ID linked to your Fitze account for faster assistance.
Is there any financial risk to joining?
No. Streaks are participation-based only and payouts are funded by Fitze or Fitze’s brand partners. You do not stake your own money.
Are Fitze Streaks considered luck based?
No. Payouts are purely performance and efforts based guaranteed rewards on activity completion.
What if I have a medical condition?
If you have any medical condition or health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional before participating. By joining a Streak, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Fitze is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or issues that may arise, and participation indicates that you do not hold Fitze liable for any such occurrences.
How is my data used?
Your step and performance data are used only to verify progress and calculate rewards, in line with Fitze’s Privacy Policy.
Unfair Practices
Fitze reserves the right to remove users from a Streak if unfair or suspicious behavior is detected.
