You can pair your Xiaomi Watch with either Zepp Life app or MI Fitness app

Prerequisite:

Pair your Xiaomi Watch with MI Fitness app

Sync MI Fitness app with Apple Health

On the Zepp Life app’s profile screen, click on App Permissions. At the bottom, Tap on Health and provide permission to Zepp Life app to write to Apple Health.

On the Zepp Life app’s profile screen, click on App Permissions. At the bottom, Tap on Health and provide permission to Zepp Life app to write to Apple Health.

Turn On All Permissions

On Fitze, select Xiaomi Watch as your Step Source, a pop-up requesting health permissions will appear.

Please ensure you tap Turn On All to grant the necessary permissions, as shown in the screen below.

Connected successfully!

Once all the permissions have been granted, you’re all set! Your steps should start syncing immediately.
