Eligibility

  • The Fitze Ambassador Program is open to all Fitze users who meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ambassadors must be active users of the Fitze app.

Unique Ambassador Code & Usage

  • Each ambassador will generate a unique code from the Fitze Ambassador Dashboard to share with potential new users.
  • Ambassador referral codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts on Fitze PRO.
  • Only first-time referrals using the unique Ambassador code are eligible for rewards.  Each referee can use the code only once.
  • Usage of the Ambassador code is mandatory during signup to guarantee a PRO discount for the referee and the Ambassador’s cash rewards. Failure to use the Ambassador code at the time of signup will lead to the referee not receiving any discount and subsequently no cash earnings for the ambassador. This cannot be reviewed or revised after upgrading to PRO, under any circumstances.
  • Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in termination from the program.

Referral Rewards

  • Referees receive a 20% discount on their Fitze PRO package purchase.
  • Ambassadors earn 40% of the referee’s package purchase as cash rewards.
  • The minimum earnings threshold for encashment is AED 200.

Encashment, Payment, and Updates

  • Once the ambassador’s earnings exceed AED 200, click on the ‘Encash Now’ button on the Ambassador Dashboard to start encashing.
  • Fitze will request bank account details via email for payment processing.
  • Payments are processed within 14 business days after receiving bank details.
  • Redemption status will be updated to “Credited” in the Ambassador Dashboard on the app once the payment is processed.
  • Earnings balance will reset to AED 0 once payment is processed.

Program Changes

  • Fitze reserves the right to modify or terminate the ambassador program and hold any pending payments at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated through the app and via email.
  • Fitze maintains the authority to make all ultimate decisions, including but not limited to program adjustments, ambassador eligibility, and dispute resolutions.

Data and Privacy

  • By participating in the Fitze Ambassador Program, ambassadors agree to share their data with Fitze for the purpose of tracking and validating their progress.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with Fitze’s Privacy Policy.

Disqualification

  • Fitze reserves disqualification rights for misconduct, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, unethical behavior, spreading misinformation on or outside the app.
  • Fitze retains the authority to validate the Ambassador’s legitimacy through identity checks. In case of failure to prove identity, ambassadors will be disqualified and the cash rewards will be forfeited.
  • Cash rewards and fulfillment will be the responsibility of Fitze, and ambassadors must provide accurate contact information and bank details for this purpose.

Amendments

  • Fitze reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Fitze Ambassador program at any time.
  • Ambassadors will be notified of any changes via the Fitze app.

Technical Issues

  • Fitze does not assume responsibility for technical interruptions during the Fitze Ambassador program.
  • Any errors or inconsistencies encountered within the app must promptly be reported to the Fitze team via email at team@fitze.ae

Compliance with Laws

  • Ambassadors must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the program.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Participation in the Fitze Ambassador Program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Fitze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
  • Fitze’s decisions regarding the program, referrals, and any disputes are final and binding.
  • Fitze may use ambassador’s names and likenesses for promotional purposes related to the program.
  • The terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dubai.
  • By participating in the Fitze Ambassador Program, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
  • Furthermore, all provisions outlined on the Fitze app’s terms and conditions page are applicable to this program.
